About Our Soaps
Handmade and hand poured, this soap is biodegradable and does not contain any detergents, chemicals, sulfates, surfactants, sugar or alcohol solutions. They do contain 20% kosher glycerin made from a vegetable origin to keep the soap from sweating, and I use 100% distilled coconut and Jojoba oils. I use Sorbitol made from berries to moisturize, and soybean protein for conditioning purposes. They do not contain any animal fats nor have they been tested on animals. The soap base is hypo-allergenic and is scented with natural oils made from fruit and citrus. My soaps have a base of natural cocoa butter and Shea butter. My soaps do not contain any SLS, (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) which is the detergent most frequently used in shampoos. SLS is a high volume synthetic chemical used in consumer products and regulated under pesticides. Classified as a gastrointestinal or liver toxin, SLS can be drying to the skin, harsh for the body, and more than likely cause skin allergies. The soaps are available in 5 ounce bars that will be in a standard oval or square shaped bar for the price of 3.95 each.
